Arno Melkonyan

Arno Melkonyan is an Armenian composer, pianist, and guitarist from Yerevan.
Based in Boston, he performs internationally in cross-cultural projects reframing Armenian heritage and premiered his piano suite In Memory of Artsakh at Carnegie Hall’s 40th Musical Armenia Concert.
His music blends Late Romantic lyricism, jazz-fusion harmonies, and Armenian folk/sacred chant into story-driven works for chamber/orchestral ensembles; Berklee World Tour, AGBU Performing Arts, and Edward Hosharian scholar studying composition/game scoring, VP of Society of Composers, Treasurer of Armenian Student Association.
